Default Coincidence?

Well, theres something that seems a little strange to me.
I had stopped eating Pure Delite chocolate bars because I wasn't losing anymore and thought they stalled me. But lately I've been eating Atkins Advantage bars and also started eating a lot of mixed nuts and a couple days ago I weighed myself and was down about 2-3 pounds and have been going down about a pound a day for the past few days. I feel GREAT about this and hope I'm not jinxing myself here *crosses fingers* But I'd never heard of anyone saying that the bars or nuts actually helped them lose weight so I guess my question is.. has anyone experienced anything like this? I don't mind if I'm the ONLY one though! Just wondering

Well, the Pure De-lite Chocolates are quite different from Advantage bars in my opinion. First of all, they contain maltitol and are only fat and carbohydrate (granted, phoney carbs, so they say). Advantage bars are not made with maltitol but glycerine, which is less prone to side effects. They also have protein, fat, carbs, AND vitamins. A big difference from my point of view.

As to the nuts, perhaps you need more fat? Sometimes raising fat levels will actually aid in loss. Counter-intuitive but true.

Whatever you're doing...seems to be working fine for you! Keep up the good work.
