I have only been on the atkins diet since last Monday.
I am still in induction. Last night my husband and I went to the Wing Stop and we order Mild wings and drunk water . Could
someone please tell me if that was o.k. I am wondering about the sauce.

We have a Wing Stop here in Houston. I'm unsure if you're from Houston, but last time I was there I don't remember them putting on any batter on their wings.
I doubt that the wing sauce has any carbs in it, if it did it must have been very low.
It wouldn't be too bad to eat there once and a while, but again your never too sure unless you make it yourself.

I normally make it at home. It is sooo easy!
Just cut up some wings and buy some Frank's RED HOT Buffalo Wing sauce. NO carbs, and it really is not that hot.
Fry up your wings and pour some of the sauce over it after your fry it. Dip with some full fat Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing. Mmmm!
This can easy feed 2 people.
