Crispbreads

I have 1 small crispbread each day for lunch for a count of 3 carbohydrates usually eaten with tinned tuna in springwater. Is a crispbread at that count considered ok.

Sorry if my questions sound basic. I have read several books but sometimes it is better to hear things from people who are going through things at the same time that you area - and also from many different people.
