Unhappy I had to cheat - sigh

I have been ill with the flu for the last 3 days and could not hold anything down except for...........you guessed it - toast or Saltine crackers.

Today I finally felt better and got on the scale to see I am back up 3 lbs, most of which I think (HOPE) is water retention. So I am back on Day 1 of Induction. *sigh*

Sometimes illness will get in the way. Hope you feel better. I'm sure that's just water too!

Well feeling better is more important than that small cheat you had. At least you didn't just go out and binge on High Carb Junk !
Hope you are well

Get your body well and then
worry about LC'ing.

Hope you feel better! I just
had a bad respiratory virus
and gorged on chicken and
dumplins' so don't feel bad!

I am back on induction as
well, .

Take care,
Tanya

No worries! Just jump back on the LC horse and move on. You shouldn't have to sacrifice your health to lose weight.
You're alright, you'll do great.

Just remember that if you haven't eaten 3400 calories on those days, it is just water weight associated with the carbs you ate. You just stay on track now and those extra lbs will be gone in 2-3 days.

Take care.

Don't feel bad, things like unexpected illness happen. Take care of yourself, and getting back on the LCing horse should take care of the few extra pounds!

Saltines=SALT! No worries. Just flush that out with water and you'll be good to go.

I'm in the same boat--stomach bug on top of head/chest cold. Could only eat saltines and then a bit of toast. Ended up causing a binge (after I got over the stomach thing) and I'm now back on Induction "Gained 4 lbs, but hoping a good part of that is water and TOM due this weekend

Take care!

N.
