I've used a rebounder ... but it's just a cheapie thing from Walmart. You're right, you do get quite a workout with it .. but it's hard to find any set exercise routines anywhere. I found I got bored quickly, just "inventing" moves and jumping.
I've heard that rebounding is ideal for those with joint problems, since the springy mat absorbs the impact of the downward movement. It's also supposed to be good for improving lymphatic cirulation, with the alternate acceleration/deceleration.
