Talking Leg Cramps GONE

Last night after i went to the gym and then came home fixed dinner I messaged my leg down with some deep heaating rub and then laid a heating pad on my leg for about 30 minutes and I have had no problem with my leg carmps today[FONT=times new roman][COLOR=crimson]

Hey Christine,
I'm glad you’re doing better. I did look at the drug store here in town to see if they had an over the counter supplement...and they did. 90 mg of Potassium is about 4.59 here in TX. Just incase you need it later.
