Default My new mini goals

Okay, I am spending this next week getting psyched up to start induction.

I am cleaning out all the junk food from my kitchen cabinets and I am fixing up my basement into an exercise room.

Also reviewing my book and making out my grocery list and mini goals.

Here are my mini goals:

245 lbs. by Valentine's Day

240 by Easter

235 by May Day

230 by my birthday (July 8th)-

Hi Fluffybear, love your avatar! (I'm a longtime teddybear lover )

If you're planning on exercising, check out the TDC Fitness Challenge (it has helped me a lot) And happy low-carbing!

those look good to me! that way you can just be excited if you pass them. I love to make dates and weights...many people do NOT like to do that. But It really really helps me see where I COULD be if I stay focused....same as if I mess up and cheat and go off I have to change them all around and I can see what I did to myself AND I can see as I already mention where I will be if I am seriously working on it. I am kinda of stuck right now but am going to figure this out and get the scale moving again...So far I think today is feeling good..maybe tomorrow I will see a move if not then by Monday for sure even if it's just 1 pound..each pound counts...they add up well!

GOOD LUCK!
