Unhappy help...Am I calculating right

Hi...I know you can go to fitday....but Im trying to calculate myself...
Can you tell me if ive done it right???

Mon.
2x eggs scrambled = 2x0.6 carbs = 1.2 carbs
1x small avocado = 3.4 carbs
lettuce = 2small hands = 2x 0.2 carbs = 0.4 carbs
3x chicken thigh roasted = no carbs
cheese-Gouda 200gms= 0.6 per 25gms= 8x25gms = 4.8 carbs
mayo = 0.1 carbs per tbs = 5 tbs =0.5 carbs
Bacon x 2 pieces = 0.1 carbs

Total = 10.4 carbs.....

Today
3x eggs = 3x 0.6 = 1.8 carbs
lettuce x 4 hands = 0.8 carbs
peppers 2tbs = 3.3 carbs
mayo = 5tbs = 0.5 carbs
chicken drumsticks x2 = no carbs
bacon 6 slices = 0.2 carbs
cheese 75gms = 1.8 carbs

Total = 8.4 carbs......

These totals seem very low to me seeing as Im allowed 20 net gms a day...Please help...Am I looking at the wrong carb counts etc....Is my math bad......

I've had days like that, but it looks like you're not eating much.

What's the calorie count on that food?

One rule of thumb for those who are counting calories is to eat no more that 10 to 12 times your body weight. Eating to few calories will put you into starvation mode, and you body will fight to hold onto what it has. I have to agree with tcastro here, that does not look like enough food for a day. Are you skipping a meal to try and lose faster?

Thanks for the advice....Im not skipping meals but I guess the old diet mentality of the more you eat the more you gain is still sticking in my mind....I will try eat more veggies and snack more as I have only really been eating three meals a day....

Just read what you are saying, and perhaps I can understand this...
I am completely alone, as this WOE is VERY unhealthful here in France (or so they say) and I cannot ask help
So perhaps YOU can..., can you ?
I have been trying to eat correctly and fell off the wagon every 2 weeks, i.e. when I go to my mother's or other relatives : when I tell them I don't eat carbs, they tell me no problem then proceed to cook potatoes !
What can I do ?
Well, with your help, perhaps, I will be able to get in my summer clothes before autumn comes ;-)

Day 1 looks like it was about 1700 calories or so
day 2 looks like about 1300 which may be too low for you
and you might wanna increase the veggies

also if you are putting spices on the chicken parts like garlic powder etc there are carbs in that.
