Thumbs down Ill never eat carbs again... YUCK! Honest!!

Well, ive come to a realization that carbs and all that yucky stuff is just that.. yucky. Yesterday I went to the fair and had a hamburger... iick... the bread made me yuck and tired. Today went to a family reunion and ate lotsa sweet stuff and i feel horrible and hungry and Tiiiiiired.. and i dont plan on eating stuff like that ever ever ever ever again.

I agree about not feeling well after high sugar intake. This weekend I had a piece of my daughters birthday cake and even though it tasted great, I did not feel very good. I was so sluggish, one thing I have have done after intaking a high amount of carbs is to do some cardio workout for a 1/2 hour and then immediately follow with a resistancce workout with weights. This will completely deplete all of those carbs and kick you back or keep you in ketosis.

It's not because carbs are bad, it is because your body is having a difficult time adjusting to it.
