Lightbulb Starch blockers again

I know there have been several posts concerning carb or starch blockers. Well...hang on tight..here's another one.

I bought some chewable starch blockers at Walmart today..have a special lunch to go to tomorrow so thought I would give it a try. I took just one ( it says to take 2 before eating starchy foods..potatoes , pasta..etc ) Anyways.. I just had my normal dinner..a sirloin patty, salad with blue cheese dressing..some tomato ( not much) and a VERY small slice of cantalope for desert. I took the startch blocker tonite to test it out to make sure it wouldn't upset my tummy tomorrow.

Well...it is about 2 hours later and I am starving!! I am so hungry! I hope this isn't a side effect of the chewable starch blocker. I'm not gonna eat..altho Atkins says you shouldn't be hungry. I don't feel comfortable with what is going on.

Going to bed now...just to escape the hunger, gosh I hope I don't feel shakey in the morning.

Oh you poor angel

Go read the label on those chewable starch blockers. I'll just bet you they contain SUGAR!!! Most of them do.

The companies that make these things just don't get it

yup..you got it! 3 g sugar...and here's the kicker..4 GRAMS CARBS!

This is making no sense at all. Wonder if Walmart will let me return them after they have been opened? Porbably not

Unless they block huge amounts of carbs it makes no sense to take them.

Thanks for your reply
