Default Sorbee sugar free products

Hey everyone. Sorbee has some new products that are sugar free, fat free and sweetened with Splenda. They have chocolate syrup, maple syrup (you would think it's the real thing), strawberry spread and blueberry spread and several flavours of cookies. They are available at Walmart if anyone is interested. Pancake day !!!!!!

Sorbee (and Estee) often use sugar alcohols as a bulk sweetener, can you provide the actual Ingredient List instead of the marketing for these products?

That would be a really big help for those of us who haven't got either a Walmart or a Walmart that carries the same stock (and they do differ).

Thanks for your help for all of us LCers!

Ah, never mind....

Went to www.sorbee.com just on a chance and bingo. Product information, including the new syrups.

Here's the scoop about the ingredients from Sorbee for the Maple Flavor :
WATER, SORBITOL, CELLULOSE GUM, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, SALT, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, CITRIC ACID, POTASSIUM SORBATE (PRESERVATIVE), SODIUM BENZOATE (PRESERVATIVE), CARAMEL COLOR, SUCRALOSE (SPLENDAŽ BRAND), A NONNUTRITIVE SWEETENER.
...
10 calories per 1/4 cup serving as compared to 210 calories for leading brand pancake syrup.
Exchange Information: 1 serving (1/4 cup) = 0 Exchange

and the Chocolate Flavor :
INGREDIENTS: WATER, COCOA, SORBITOL, CARAMEL COLOR, XANTHAN GUM, PHOSPHORIC ACID, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, SALT, VANILLIN (ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR), POTASSIUM SORBATE (PRESERVATIVE), SODIUM BENZOATE (PRESERVATIVE), SUCRALOSE (SPLENDAŽ BRAND), A NONNUTRITIVE SWEETENER.
...
15 calories per 2 tbsp. serving as compared to 100 calories for leading brand chocolate syrup.
Exchange Information: 1 serving (2 Tbsp.) = 0 Exchange

The two other flavours available are Blueberry and Strawberry.

Hope this helps.

Default just a quick PS

If you are sensitive to the sugar alcohols, like Sorbitol (and like I am ) you might want to avoid such products, good as they sound.

I've been using the zero-calorie and zero-carb (no hidden carbs, no sugar alcohols, etc. etc.) Da Vinci Gourmet brand syrups. They're not as thick but they are tasty and have Blueberry, Chocolate, Strawberry and Maple amongst 30(!) other flavours.

Ta!
