Question for Nat or TrainerDam
Hi! I started BFL today. I read an article on Carb Staggering and I was wondering if I you think it would be okay to try it with BFL. I would appreciate your advice.
Would it work like this:
1. Maintenance calories: Total calories weight x 10 x7=12 100 (normal) per week
2. Aim for 173 x 8.5 x 7=10 293.5
3. Stagger but how?
Day 1 1100
Day 2 1347
Day 3 1900
Day 4 1100
Day 5 1347
Day 6 1000
Day 7 2500
How does that look? Will I compromise my body if I try it with BFL? This could be my off day (2500 on BFL...not really off but more food)
