Default Love those berries "mousse"

1 cup frozen unsweetened Berries., measured frozen, then thawed
1/2 pkg (4oz) Philly cream cheese
2/3 cup splenda (more or less depending on taste
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp rum or brandy flavoring
1 cup heavy cream

Puree the berries. Blend with cream and splenda and flavorings.
Whip the cream.
Fold the berries with the cream.
Chill and serve with Fresh berries, mint sprigs and whipped cream.

Yummy!

It looks to me as though the entire recipe has 30 carbs. I plugged it into fitday and put blueberries in as the frozen, unsweetened berries. Sounds perfect for this summer!
