Does anyone know if Pure Vanilla Extract or Orange Extract contain carbohydrates or sugar! I hope this doesn't sound like a silly questions, but there is no nutritional information anywhere on the package or bottle. I would appreciate the help! Thanks

Check at fitday kstornado, but I believe you count extracts as 1gram per teaspoon. There shouldn't be any sugar added to extract it is either oils and essence or alchohol and essence.

Thanks for the reply. I had checked fitday but initially couldn't find it. Must have spelled it wrong - but checked again and sure enough there it was. I use fitday everyday and boy does it help! Thanks Again!
