Question Sauces and Condiments

I have been really trying to look at everything I put in my mouth with a real watchfull eye. I'm wondering how many carbs are in things like:

When I get a sandwhich from KFC (don't worry it's tenderoast) and throw out the bun, there's always that 'special sauce'...and if there isn't, I usally ask for some LOL! So how can I tell how many carbs are in these 'sauces' ....that seem to me to be mostly mayo?

Thanks in advance for you thoughts!

There are a few books that list the carbs, protein, fat, etc., of just about any food you could imagine, including fast food special sauces. Might take a look at a Borders or Barnes and Noble and see if you can find any in the diet section. Hint - they'll be paperback, but FAT books

Check the company's website, most of them have nutritional info. I was surprised to find out the special sauce on a Big Mac only has 2g carbs / serving, I thought it would have been more.
