Default been awhile restarting...help...

Hi, back after a long time with no dieting. Had to go to a boot camp for a new job, then suffered gallbladder problems that resulted in surgery. I am in a new job now and institutional food abounds, with no choices. I want to know if anyone has any helpful tips to get back in the swing of things. I did Atkins before camp with good results and now sugar calls my name daily. All the stress I have undergone since spring has not really gone and that does not help. All tips (constructive criticisms) are welcome.

Hi Mayfly and welcome to this forum.

So the sugar monster is calling you. Eat that protein and chase it away. Set you mind on the right food and by the time you are full from them there will be no room for the sugary ones.
