Default What a great support place

I have previously followed a low carb meal plan in the summer of 2000 and lost approximately 18 lbs and loved it. I loved following the plan because it was still food I loved. Recently I have gained weight back, because of failing to follow ANY plan and just following my own pure love of food. Because of a chronic lung condition I have (PPH) I am unable to exercise as I used to do years back, so it is very difficult to lose weight. I also will not and cannot take any form of pill to help the process. A bit about my self, I am 30 years old soon to be 31 and am looking for support hear to continue to follow a great healthy low carb plan and lose the lbs that I need to feel great again and be happy about my self. I remember the great energy I had when I was on a plan before. Looking forward to meeting many of you and finding the support I need to stick with it. I am single so often I will just let myself fault and eat too much.
Thanks
Cindy

Hi Cindy -

We have one thing in common, we both have low-carbed before and are both trying to get back to it again!

I loved being on it, too and didn't find it hard at all. I had to be more creative with cooking, especially since the rest of my family are still eating carbs. Funny thing is, they ALL really like whatever I am cooking and then I end up with hardly anything at all, LOL!!!

Let's get back on track together!

Lorrie

Thank you I am so looking forward to staying on track. I was so happy before, and I know that if I can take control of this again and stay in control, it will make the world of difference regarding everything else in my life.

I am looking forward to receiving help and advice from here. I have a long way to go, but I know I can do it.
Thanks for your generous replys.
Cindy
