what foods did you eat in induction?

I am struggling - can anyone share what foods (how cooked etc) they ate in their induction phase?

The Atkins book has all the suggestions....as for me. I ate tons of eggs, bacon [watch for sugar] steak, porkchops, chicken all fried in butter. Hamburger done a variety of ways.Some cheese. And either a salad a day or steamed brocoli, califlower, beans etc.
