Default Will my insides still fit inside me?

Once before when I was down to 160lbs this is what when through my head and for the life of me I felt if I dropped any more weight I would be headed for problems. I felt like a toothpick. It felt good but I was really concerned about there not being enough room for stuff. I know it's crazy but those were my thoughts. Has anyone else had similiar experiences. I really do not want to think that when I am at 160 again so if I come to this board with those thoughts when that time comes please help me with rational thoughts. Sometimes I think since I have been heavy so long that was my psyche trying some freakie sort of thing!

There will be plenty of room for all the internal stuff! Keep inmind this you have fat around your organs, and you may feel like they are just right there, and you can't loose much more weight over them, but there is the fat around the organs, and not just in your abdomen. I used to thinksomething similr, I could feel hardness under my belly - felt like muscle, and felt like why am I so heavy even though I can feel muscles under there?? It all makes sense because of the fat in the organs.

Does that help?

I know there will be enough room. I was just telling what was going through my crazy mind and wondered if anyone else had crazy thoughts like I did. Yes, if I start having those thoughts again posts like yours will reassure me
