Kat, it's neither *bad* nor *good* to eat bread. Morality isn't the issue here. The point is, what plan are you following, and how committed are you to following that plan? Only you can answer those questions.
You CAN eat bread if you like. You can also cross the street against the light and stay up all night watching TV!
I'm not trying to be sarcastic here. The point I'm trying to make is that YOU are in control of what, when, and how you eat. If you want to follow a low-carb plan, then you need to follow it *properly* in order to see results. If you don't follow the rules, that doesn't mean you're 'bad', it just means that you won't lose weight (or obtain the other health benefits of low carbing).
Atkins doesn't allow bread, at least at Induction levels. Protein Power allows the occasional slice. CAD allows bread at 'reward' meals. So if you want to eat bread AND lose weight, pick a plan that allows it, and follow ALL the guidelines!
