Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry with Costco Low Carb Noodles
I'm going to share with you a recipe that I got from a friend and that I've been making a lot lately, because it's become my favorite
Ingredients: - 2 packages of Costco healthy noodle
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to your desired spice level)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions: - Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp in the skillet. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Add the prepared Shirataki noodles to the skillet and toss well with the shrimp until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your low carb garlic shrimp stir-fry with noodles!
