Is it ok to take herbal diuretics (water tablets) on this diet?

I read that water pills can slow down your weight lose. I have to use them for my high blood pressure. Hopefully one day I may not need them any more after eating right.

Low carbing has a natural diuretic effect. There's no reason to take pills unless they were prescribed for a medical condition.

this does is a diuretic. watch your water intake. but i would not take a diuretic on this diet.
