Question Patricia Haakonson Easy Low Carb Living

Has anyone tried the Patricia Haakonson Easy Low Carb Living. She has a book on the actual information on Low Carbs along with a diet suggestion for losing weight as well as maintenance. This book is very informative. Also has a cook book with some very tasty dishes. This is a Canadian book.

One of our members, Jan C. follows it and has gotten very good results. Have a look through the journals where the letter "J" lives and you'll find Jan's journal.

Just say to Canadian books!
