Default Ripped Fuel (um, Dan?)

As I write this, tonight I have a really suppressed appetite.

I've been taking Ripped Fuel for about a week (6 capsules daily).

I was wondering if any RF takers had found appetite suppression to be a product of taking RF?

Also, do anybody think that as I'm in ketosis, eating less might mean that my body might dip into its fat stores?

I know eating too little can stall the metabolism, but of course RF should mean that my metabolism is kept working even with a lower intake.

So, I was hoping that the appetite suppression was a good thing (but of course, it remains to be see whether it will last in the long run).

Appetite supression is a side effect of all EC stacks.

Physics will tell you if you eat less, and there isn't a sugary carb supply around, your body will learn to tap fat stores. It's not an overnight thing though.

Since I don't believe that ketosis means squat, I can't help you there.

If you drop your kcals too low, you'll go into catabolysis and start losing lean body mass (muscle). You don't want that.
Keep your protein levels and cals where they need to be.
Six caps seems like a lot. Ripped Fuel is similar to Hydroxycut, which I've taken, and just one of those babies makes me jiggy.
