Question A weird question

Hi, All-

I have a question I have not seen addressed here. I have tried mightily NOT to weigh myself so often, but this is what has happened to me. Whenever I have a large, healthy bowel movement (especially in the evening) and weigh myself the next morning, weight is gone-and it stays gone, so i know it's not just a fluke.

Anybody else had a similar experience? Any explanation or theories out there??

Default Same here, Jannie!

If I go more than a day w/o an extended visit to the "reading room", I know the weight's going up. When everything gets going again, I seem to have a whoosh. Don't understand it, I just thought my body was weird. Glad to know I'm not alone...

No you are not alone I also think when we are constipated our bodies retain water in order to help flush out the movement.

I weigh myself every morning - same time - after a BM; before breakfast. This gives me the most consistent readings.
