I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I click on the photo and hit open. I have also tried saving the pic. But when I go to my documents the link is there but it says 0 kb???? Help. My computer is pretty new so maybe I am the problem. I am dying to see some before and after pics. =-)

I am having the same exact problem....I open the link..it says done at the bottom of the screen...but NO picture!! I have a brand new comp too..what could it be???

Most likely culprits:

1. If you have a firewall running ... you need to "tell it" to allow access to our site.
2. You may have your browser's security/privacy settings too restricted, which won't permit attachments to open. Adjust the settings to allow less restriction on this site.
3. If you have ad-blocker software installed, this will prevent attachments from opening. YOu should be able to temporarily disable it to allow opening the attachment file.

Another thing you might try is the following:

Load a browser and click on Tools -> Internet Options. When the window pops up, clean out your Temporary Internet Files by clicking on the Delete Files button and then OK. When its finished, close all of your browsers and re-load.

If this does not fix the issue, you will want to update your Java Virtual Machine Software. Head to www.microsoft.com/javavm or www.sun.com to get a newer version as yours may have become corrupt for some reason.
