Default Salmon Patties?

Do any of you creative people have a good low carb recipe
for salmon patties?

I have some canned salmon and would like to fry some patties.

I used to make them with cracker crumbs so they would stay together while cooking.

I couldn't find them in the recipe search.
Thanks in advance.

Default i will be the

first to say i am not very creative but i did read some where that to make tuna or salmon cakes low carb to add pork rind crumbs(put them in the blender, and pulse) in place of the bread crumbs and then add mayo to moisten and then bread the outside with pork rind crumbs also and fry or bake.
i use pork rind crumbs in place of bread crumbs for just about everything.

I use a mixture of pork rind crumbs and grated parmesan cheese...works great in place of the standard bread brumbs!

When I bread chicken breasts, I make up a bowl of all dry stuff like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, etc. plus a TON of dried parsley and parmesian cheese...

I mix this all together and have a nice big pile of "mock bread crums"... just in case you're going to bread and fry your salmon patties!!

I make them with parmesean cheese, eggs, and whatever spices I would usually use. They come out really good.
