Hi Dana!

How about posting some average daily menus so the rest of us can take a look and spot any possible problems? Eight months is a long time to stall when you are staying on plan, but it does happen. I just came out of a nearly 11 month stall after having surgery.
Another question that comes to mind is are you exercising?
As much as Atkins says that there is no need to count calories, there are those that find that they do need to keep an eye on how many calories they eat, especially as they get closer to their goal weights.
Just some things to think about.....

I agree that posting some daily menus will help us help you. But if I were you, I would try this:

Have 1 day of eating high carb but no junk. Eat whole grains, fruits, and veggies but no white flour or sugar. Then immediately do 2 weeks of clean induction. Nothing but whole foods--no shakes, bars, candy, or LC specialty foods. Be sure to drink extra water--more than 8 8-ounce glasses. Also avoid all sweetners except stevia and Splenda. Make sure you don't eat more cheese, cream, etc. that allowed on induction.

It is worth a try.

a glass coke light without caff

10.30PM leftover chickenstrips

Sooike...

One of the things that jumps out at me is that you are using a lot of dairy (cream cheese, cream, etc..). Dairy can and does stall some people.
Artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols (the sugar-free chocolate) are also known to be stallers from some people.
Your carbs also seem a little low...have you been at induction levels this whole time? Some find that increasing their carb intake by 5 grams a day or so gets weight loss moving again.
One thing that I would suggest is to cut the dairy and the artificial sweeteners for a few weeks and see what happens. If you still aren't losing, try increasing your veggies.
