Default How many/how much vitamins?

I askesd this tthe other day and now I can't find the post! I have now purchased my complete mulitvitamin and oscal for calcium. How many/how much do I take a day????

If you want to find a post you can go to your profile (file card icon near the top on the right) and you'll find all the posts you've subscribed to or threads you've started. Just click on the title of the one you want to look at.

Re: the supplements, try clicking on 'search' next to the 'profile' I mentioned and enter 'supplements' and you should find lots. Atkins' has recommendations in DANDR you could check out. I, personally, take cal/mag (2:1 ratio), vit E and C, chromium, multivitamin and green tea extract. I just follow the recommended amounts on the bottles. I also use NuSalt, which is a salt substitute, for my potassium. Most vits need to be taken with food and I break up the doses (ie take 3 cal/mags- 1 each at breakfast, lunch, dinner). It's also recommended to take antioxidants together (vit E, C) and take them after you work out. I've also just started taking glutamine after workouts, too. Man, that stuff tastes nasty
