I haven't logged onto the site too much in the past 2 weeks, however, twice now I got a whole slew of these little message windows (not the ads) and the screen goes crazy. The messages say things like "downloading files" and that scares me. Yesterday when it happened I just pulled the plug because I couldn't log out or do anything. I thought, "Yikes! A virus on lowcarber."

Does anybody know what's happening?

I moved your thread to the technical questions section so maybe Doreen or Wa'il would see it and perhaps address the issue.

I know I am not experiencing any problem loading the site.

I'm not having problems either, and no other member has mentioned this, so it's unlikely there's a problem with our site or server. I'm not an expert but my guess is either a firewall or other security issue with your browser. Or a problem with cookies.

I'm sure Wa'il will have the solution when he gets the chance.

Nothing on our site requires file downloading, so it maybe an auto update setting on your computer to download updates or plugins?
