Default upset stomach

I am on day 5 of induction ... yesterday and today I am experiencing loose bowels, slight nausea, and some cramping . I have been using the Fitday.com food journal and I have not eaten anything not on the Atkins Induction food list, so I'm sure I am correctly on plan. 2-3 days ago I was having heartburn, now that is gone, replaced with all of this. Will this, too, pass? Has anyone been through this?
I love this site!

Default Hi

I had exactly the same thing, and yes it does pass. I only had an upset tummy for about a day and a half. Dont know if this helps.

Congrats on the seven pound loss!

You've completely, radically and suddenly changed your eating habits so there will be a physical reaction. It will pass!

Yep, Nancy....I agree with Tracie and Karen!

I had the exact same thing along with headaches too. It passed for me around day 7 or 8. After it was gone though, I felt GREAT! Lots of energy, no hunger and no more cravings. Just stick it out a bit longer and I bet you're going to feel wonderful
