I picked up Sugar free jello and they aren't bad. Something to break up the average snack. But I'm curious if there's a way to figure out how much artificial sweetner is in there?

My packages say:
aspartame 43mg, ace-k 14mg per 1/2 cup serving. It's the same on the lemon, strawberry and raspberry.

great! Thanks for the help. Odd that mine doesn't say it. I have the snack cups. Any idea how many mg's are in a pack of sweetner? I don't have artificial sweetner in the house.

That info was on the boxes of the jello you make, and I'm in Canada. I think most of the labels on foods / drinks with artificial sweeteners here have the amount on the label, maybe it's different in the US. I did find some packets I have of President's Choice sweetener, it has 35mg aspartame per packet.
