'cause I need some serious help...yikes,tried Dr A's for about 10 months,,didn't get anywhere,,,,,,found out had a few medical problems to sort out first, did that, and now I'm back.what's the best way to do induction again? straight protein or mix a few carbs in in the shape of salads??
I need to lose something like 14 kilos by end of Jan when I am starting a new job,,,
so need all the support that I can get,,,,I think that in actual fact I eat too much --yes I know you can eat what you want, but my hunger just seems to be huge compared to the rest of the world!
