Hiya,
*All* tea has caffeine: green, black, orange pekoe, earl grey, english breakfast... the exception is herbal tea, which technically isn't 'tea'.
The difference between green tea and black tea is that for black tea, the leaves are fermented.
Both green and black tea should be available in decaf. Both are also a good source of anti-oxidants.
HTH.
Oh: I don't care for the taste of green tea, but I add a bit of Splenda and a few drops of lemon extract (available at the grocery store baking aisle near the vanilla and other extracts). It tastes wonderful!
