Default induction - your experiences?

Hi ,
I'm on second day of induction. So far so good. I'm interested in hearing your experiences. I've had a little difficulty finding complete information. Read Atkins for Life and only a brief mention there. Found good information on *this* website.

Anyone else have headaches? I seem to have one now- argh. I need sugar, carbs, preferably both at same time! Bring me a triple Latte with extra whipped cream.......pleeeeeease......

Did you read the Atkins Diet book too or just Atkins for life?

My experience has been great. No cravings, no withdrawals nothing. Just losing weight slowly but surely. And that is where I keep my head... slow, sure......

Just drink LOTS of water to start flushing your system clean.....

Max

I am doing induction for the second time, probably not the full two weeks, but I have to get back on track after a mistake I made. The first time I did induction was worse than this time, I had the headachey flu-ey feeling, withdrawal from carbs.... This time I was just tired, not achey or anything, just tired with a headache. If you cut caffeine out and you used to get a lot of it, you will suffer more, I cut that out also, switched to decaf. It gets much better and much easier. I suggest you start a journal, you will more than likely get as addicted to this place as you once were to carbs...heheheh yes that is experience I speak from... when the going gets tough, come here!!!
