Question ?? on Measurements

I do have more though, so please bear with me. I did try searching for the answer before but couldn't find it. Between my dtr and I, we did my measurements yesterday....that was a riot....we also took pictures in a bathing suit....yucko!
I am trying to do the check my bodyfat and lbm online since I don't belong to a gym. For the waist measurement that it ask for, which do I use. I measured right where I saw like what I think it's my waist (I am a pear shape) and also measured below my belly button. Which measurement do I get? The one below my belly button or the one between by belly button and underneath by breast? These are my measurements:
Bust-across the nipple: 36.5
bust-underneath: 33.5
chest: 34.5
hips:36-I am not sure I measure where I was suppose to?
butt:40.5-same here? wasn't sure quite where
waist:30
waist underneath belly button: 38
thighs together:38
r-thigh:23
l-thigh:22 3/4
r-calf:12 3/4
l-calf:13
r-bicep 10 1/4
l-bicep 10
Did I forget anything?
Thanks, have a wonderful day
hugs~

lost my last post... this should help. I measure across my belly button and my "pouch". but use the bellybutton measurement as my waist.

bec~ I just thought of this... if you are going to partake in BFL, then I would not try to do Atkins induction at the same time. Not sure exactly what your plan is, but just thought I'd put this out there..
