Cool cream of chicken soup

Does anyone know if there is a low carb cream of chicken soup? I have a wonderful recipe for chicken divan that uses cream of chicken soup, mayo, broccoli, chicken, curry powder and lemon juice? The whole can contains 25 carbs so i guess it would not be too bad but i wondered if anyone else knows of a lower carb soup????
Thanks!!!!

How I make my soup, fast.

No, nothing you can buy out there, I love cream of chicken soup, and it can be made in minutes or with real chicken in an 2 hours, pick one.

If you want it now, buy campbells low sodium chicken broth,
or any low soduium chicken stock.

Put in 2 cups of so, throw some fresh or frozen cauliflower in it, quit a bit as it is the thickener. sone onion, some celery ( really important) salt, pepper, . when vegies are cooked pour in blender and puree, pour back in pot ad heavey cream, and thats it.

it is very good,

You can also throw in cooked chicken , or, make broth with chicken pieces but this way takes some time.

I make this often, I love it.

Vary the amounts according to how much you want, a full pot of soup will require an entire cauliflower, etc...this freezes well aslo.

Hope this helps......

Skinnywnbe,

I have made low carb cream soups using cream cheese and boullion. I dissolve a chicken boullion cube in a very small amout of boiling water (may 1/4 cup or less). Soften about 4 oz. of cream cheese in the microwave, stir in the boullion, and if it is too thick, I whisk in some heavy cream until it's the right consistency. I've used this in recipes and no one knows the difference. (For cream of mushroom, I use beef boullion and some chopped, canned mushrooms instead of the chicken).

I'm getting hungry!

I put a whole chicken in the crockpot the other day with a can of chicken broth - came out very tasty! I'm thinking I will add cream or cream cheese to this as you guys have suggested.
