Sore Throat

I am experiencing the beginning stages of a head cold and have a really bad sore throat. Normally (pre-LC) I would have eaten ice cream to make the throat feel better. Looking for an alternative I put some no sugar jello in the freezer till it reached the soft freeze stage. It felt wonderful on the throat and I stuck to my LC plan. Keep it in mind when those spring colds come your way.

Thanks for the tip! It's easier than having to pull out all the ingredients to make LC ice cream from scratch! Not that it's that difficult, but I'm lazy!

awwww....feel better!! try to find some sugar free cough drops. I used to eat a lot of sugar free jello until i found out that it has aspartame, which slows down weight loss. But, it doesnt really effect u that much
