Talking fried chicken

THANKS.... i will try the homemade relish....AND IF YOU FRY CHICKEN...HOW DO YOU FRY IT. i like soul food. that is another one of my vices and i love fried chicken. other than the atkins batter , do you know of anything in the health food store or online that i can batter and fry my chicken in? thank you....

i need chicken batter, fish batter and shrimp batter to make my life much easier!!!

1. Try using dried parmesan cheese for fried shrimp.

2. 1/2 cup ground pork rinds with 1/2 cup ground sesame seeds.

3. 1/4 cup ground sesame seeds with 1/4 cup tofu or soy flour.

4. 1/2 cup ground pork rinds with 1/4 cup tofu or soy flour.

5. Ground pork rinds.

Once mixed, add your own seasonings to taste.

Run, do not walk, to your nearest health food store and buy the Atkins Bake Mix! It's pricy, but worth it! If you can't find it locally, you can order it off the Atkins Website http://atkinscenter.com/

It is the BEST for frying chicken! Here is a great recipe, also found on the Atkins website:
