Just a quick post to get us started, and I'll come back later.
Robin, LFL is a low-carb eating plan, not a body-building plan. You're thinking of Body for Life BFL, which Wendy and I have both done. I did a complete challenge last year, and really need to get back into it. I plan to do a workout today. I'm averaging one workout a week these days.
I was back down to 165 yesterday. Haven't weighed myself today yet, but will in a couple minutes.
