New Male...unsure of what to do
Hey all. I live in Burlington and work about 10 minutes from Brantford. I just got started at this stuff last night, and I am starting to feel a little bit better, but I know I need lots of work. The smoking has to go soon too, but I want to get a good base with the exercising and eating right so I don't put on a bunch of weight when I quit. I'm new here and am still learning about this low carb stuff. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Also any thoughts on what coffee is like. I drink a double double about two-three times a day from Timmies, but I could drink it with sweetener or less sugar if I had to. I have been going on wlaks with the dogs after supper and a walk after lunch. Today I just had a sandwich and salad...so I'm trying to make some changes, but I don't know what this low carb stuff is all about.
