I'm sure this has been discussed. As I read about EICOSANOID more carefully, according to PP we should minimize things like Alpha-linoleic acid (ALA , hence oilve oil is bettter than canola oil), archadonic acid (sp?). According to PP fish oil is better for omega-6/omega-3 balance compared to flaxseed oil. Please share if you have any thought and/or point any previsously discussed thread on this...
I think metabolic type-ing is very important.. and I need to think/read beyond carb,protien, saturated fat and unsaturated fat etc etc..
