Unhappy indigestion?

has anyone else had a problem with indigestion? i'm on my second week and it's been particularly bad this week. haven't changed anything. just wondering.

No not indigestion , but as this may not be unrelated.......

I had heartburn....quite longstanding..... and it didnt clear up immediately, with Atkins, like everyone elses ! But when I added slightly more fats, it vanished....been fine now nearly 2 years.

Does eating smaller meals more frequently help ?

thanks for the advice. i'll try adding more fat and eating smaller, more frequent meals.

I get indigestion and an acidy feeling if I have not eaten enough.
THe fat intake does work-Kicks that acid and stomach upset right out of there!!!

I posted about this yesterday..I was in misery from heartburn & burning in my throat...Today I'm OK. Also I do sometimes get stomach upset too. I felt like a Drama queen til I read this thread
I'm still researching the acidic & alkaline of foods. Not sure if this WOL is for me..
