Default Sugarless gum

The gum I chew is Max Air and it's sugarless, but sweetened with Maltitol, Sorbitol, Mannitol, Aspartame, and Acesulfame-Potassium.

In the nutrition list, it says "For Carbohydrate Reduced Diets" and shows 0g of carbs per piece, so I thought this would be a good gum to chew.

Are any of those artificial sweetners harmful for weight loss or known to cause stalling? Is just 1 or 2 pieces a day enough to even worry about?

Aspartame is known to stall some people. I guess it's a YMMV ingredient. I doubt there's that much in the chewing gum. You could see how it affects you by stopping it for several days (don't make other tweaks at the same time) then resume chewing it. Happy LCing!!!
