Question Potatoe skins

I found this low carb recipe for potatoe skins. It says to bake the potatoes, remove just about all the inside, so you just have the skins left , apply melted butter to skins, fill with bacon, cheese & green onions & bake until cheese gets bubbly. It is so good!! Is this really low carb? Let me know what you think. I really miss potatoes & this takes away my cravings!

There is a gray area in low-carbing with what is or is not acceptable. Beyond the obvious, that's up to you to decide on what works for you.

Some people decide on what their LC boundaries are and stay there. Some like to experiment. Some experiment and realize it's not a good idea. Some experiment and find it liberating.

What I would do is create strict boundaries for a few months. Once LC has become a way of life, then it's time to experiment because you have the safety net of LC to come back to. It worked that way for me, which is why I'm suggesting it.
