Question What exercises can you do, sitting at a desk?

Help! I work as a dispatcher, and I'm at a desk most of the night. What exercises can I do while I'm at work--exercises that really work? There are times that it's slow and I need to do something besides just standing. Also, space is limited in here. Thanks :0)

Do you have to leave your headset plugged in? Can you keep a DB or bands under your desk or in a drawer? I assume you don't want to call alot of attention to yourself or get breathless, right?

A few things that come to mind are grip exercises for the forearm (sqeeze ball or one of those gripper things), kneebends (squats), seated curls (if you have DB or bands), toe raises (for calves), various stretching exercises,

Dips? face away from the desktop with your hands on the desk and do dips. I assume your chair has wheels so suggest the desk dips.
