Hey a nutball told me today I was gonna get Altzheimers from doing a low-carb diet HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!


I said yea..... I don't eat sugar, I don't eat bread and I don't eat white flour......I guess them are some health foods the body must not live without
