if you haven't already done it, buy and read the book. you won'tbe sorry....it already has every bit of information in it that you will need including lists...

i have had mine for years and i still go back and re read stuff in there.....it is the true low carbers bible. and every one on his plan should have it.

Hi gang! Newbie here. Been doing Atkins since December 2004. Anyone ever visit www.lowcarbluxury.com/suggestions.html
I love to browse through the LCC product spot list. It has a huge data base of low carb products on the market and they are rated and reviewed. These procuts are probably not good during induction but it's nice to know what's out there.
