It was a mistake and not intentional. That is the positive aspect. However, since you did have eggs, sausage and bacon, would it not have been wise to just stop there? It seems that is more than enough food. Consider every foray you make into a restaurant as a training exercise for the rest of your life. Unfortunately you are one of us who must ask
"What is in this?" Do I really need this?" and "I guess I shouldn't eat too much of it."
I doubt that your faux paux will have any real effect. Just add some carbs and be careful the rest of the day.
