Default hot dogs? pickles?

I was wondering if on Atkins are hot dogs allowed? What about pickles?

Also on fitday does anyone know how to subtract the fiber content so it doesnt show the carb count for that part of what I input?

Thank u!

I believe you can have "all meat" hot dogs. I believe hot dogs range from 1 to like 7 carbs ~, so that is a consideration to check before you buy a certain brand. Dill pickels are high sodium but hardly any carbs, sweet of course are out. Hope that helps a bit!

Thank you. Yes I think I got the lowest carb ones I could find. Nathans and I think 1 per hot dog and I love dill or polish pickles and just wondered if that would be something I could have with lunch.

I thought so but since dont hear anyone else really eating them I was just curious

Sure, just read the pickle bottle, and take the carbs into allowance.
I know of no way to alter the fitday tally for net carbs. I just subtract the fiber total from the carb total, and that is the net carbs, but don't think you can make it show that way on fitday, I could be wrong tho.
